Hogia improves passenger information at Norfolk County Council
In Norfolk County there are roughly 1 000 buses in public transport operated by approximately 30 different bus companies of variable sizes. Whenever schedules or any changes were made, all data entry was made manually as well as the management of bus service registrations and the subsequent changes by bus operators. This created an onerous task for council staff and a diversion from the efficient delivery of other important customer service tasks. The Bus Service Registration data feeds a number of services which rely heavily on the accuracy and integrity of the base data set. »
